Found this quote from Bush:

This is from January 2001.

So forget that Bush was normal before 9/11. I've seen the video that shows Bush far more coherent when running for Governor, but perhaps he was still "doing the drugs" as the parents say these days.

This shows without a doubt that Bush was never, ever normal as President. He's been f-ed up for years, indeed.
